Refund Policy

Your Agreement

This Refund Policy governs all purchases, listing fees, profile subscriptions, and advertising placements made on Landillionaire.com our Georgia-based real estate development company and online marketplace platform (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any paid service on our Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy:

All Fees Are Non-Refundable

  • Our platform operates as a commercial Real Estate venue and business advertising network. Because digital allocations, automated investor matching, and advertising slots utilize immediate system resources upon purchase, all fees paid to the Company are non-refundable.
  • This strict non-refundable policy applies to all transaction categories, including:
    • Land Listing Fees: Fees paid to publish, feature, or bump real estate property listings.
    • Premium Profile Subscriptions: Monthly or annual fees paid to maintain specialized Buyer Profiles or Investor Profiles.
    • Business Advertisements: Fees paid for direct advertisement slots, sponsored banners, or targeted promotional listings.

2. Exceptions and Discretionary Credits

We only review refund requests or issue accounts credits under the following limited, exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical System Failures: If a verified technical error or system outage on our Platform directly prevents your paid land listing or business advertisement from displaying for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request an adjustment.
  • Unauthorized Activity: If you suspect unauthorized charges or fraudulent use of your billing credentials on our Platform, you must report the activity to us immediately. Verified fraudulent accounts will be terminated, and unauthorized pending transactions will be reversed.
  • Platform Discretion: Any refund, account credit, or extension granted by the Company is done so on a strict, case-by-case basis. Granting a single courtesy credit does not obligate the Company to issue refunds or credits in the future.

3. Account Termination and Policy Abuse

  • Policy Violations: If your investor profile, buyer profile, land listing, or business advertisement is removed, suspended, or terminated by our team due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as fraudulent listing metrics or trying to register while under the age of 18), you forfeit all fees paid. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
  • Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or billing dispute with your bank or credit card processor rather than utilizing our support team constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to permanently ban your account and report the dispute to credit networks.

4. Mandatory Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • As a company incorporated under the Laws of the State of Georgia, any unresolved disputes, payment conflicts, or refund claims are subject to the exclusive dispute resolution paths outlined in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
  • Individual Resolution: You explicitly waive your right to resolve billing or refund disputes through a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial.
  • Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved billing conflict must be submitted to individual, binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) within the State of Georgia.
